Tate Godfrey, CEcD – President & CEO Tate Godfrey is only the fourth person to lead the North Alabama Industrial Development Association (NAIDA) in the organization’s 60-year history. Tate has over 25 years experience in economic development, commercial and industrial real estate development and land planning. He has worked with hundreds of companies from around the globe in their location decision process. A Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), Tate can show you why North Alabama is a smart business location. Cindy Burns, CEcD – Vice President Cindy Burns has been with NAIDA since 1982. Her roles have included Administrative Assistant, Director of Research and Marketing, and her present position of Vice President. Cindy is a 1997 graduate of the Economic Development Institute and has been a Certified Economic Developer since 1999. Cindy is a member of the Economic Developers Association of Alabama, The Southern Economic Development Council and the International Economic Development Council. Cindy grew up in North Alabama. She is married to Randy Burns and has one daughter, Christin. Jason Wright – Senior Project Manager As the Senior Project Manager at NAIDA, Jason Wright is responsible for the active recruitment of companies to North Alabama. He has worked with domestic and international companies across various industry sectors including aerospace, automotive, chemical, distribution, food processing, metal fabrication and plastics. Jason is a North Alabama native with over 13 years of Project Management experience at the North Alabama Industrial Development Association. He received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Athens State University and is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute in Norman, Oklahoma. He is a member of the Southern Economic Development Council and the Economic Development Association of Alabama. Ann Dison – Administrative Assistant Ann Dison has been with NAIDA since January, 2005 as the Administrative Assistant. Ann was born in Tennessee and moved to Alabama at an early age. Ann is married to Douglas R. Dison. Ann and Douglas have one son, one daughter and 4 wonderful grandchildren. |
